Simple cleansing and intention setting ritual:

1. Begin by imagining a soft white light surrounding you and your space, creating a sense of calm protection as you begin.
2. Hold the selenite and taking a few slow breaths. Set a clear intention for your ritual. This might be releasing heavy energy, creating calm in your space, or inviting clarity and focus.
3. Light the white sage and gently move the smoke around your body, doorway or room to clear stagnant or unwanted energy.
4. Extinguish the sage, then light the Palo Santo to bring warmth, grounding and positive energy back into the space.
5. Hold the selenite or place it somewhere visible as a reminder of your intention. Allow it to represent clarity, peace and energetic reset.
