That's perfectly okay. Crystals can be as simple as a symbol for your intention. Hold it while setting your goals, place it in your space, or carry it with you as a reminder of your ritual.

Yes - as long as it's used responsibly. Always burn your ritual tools in a well-ventilated space and never leave them unattended. We recommend using a fireproof dish to rest your sage and Palo Santo stick when finished.

United Kingdom: Items ship within 2 - 4 business days. Delivery takes 2 - 4 business days. Postage £3.99. For items £50.00 and above, free delivery. 

European Union: Items ship within 2 - 4 business days. Delivery can take 2 - 11 business days. Postage: £13.99

Switzerland and Norway: Items ship within 2 - 4 business days. Delivery takes 3 - 17 business days. Postage: £13.99

We want you to love your ritual kit. Each item is carefully chosen, ethically sourced, and packed with intention. Because our products are natural, consumable, and energetically sensitive, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once items have been used. 

If your item has not been used, you have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, all items unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return postage fees will be covered by the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address. Please ensure you return with a tracking number to ensure it does not get lost in the postage system. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with photos within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact: twinauraco@gmail.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges will not be permitted. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return postage fees will be covered by the buyer. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
