How to use:

Take a few slow breaths and visualise a soft white light surrounding you. Set an intention for what you would like to release, restore or invite in.

Place each crystal on its matching chakra point or hold them in your hands during meditation or quiet reflection. As you relax, imagine the colour of each crystal glowing gently through its corresponding energy centre, helping to activate, balance and restore flow throughout the chakras.

Use the selenite charging wand to support cleansing and recharging your crystals between rituals.
