3. Light the Palo Santo and allow the smoke to gently move around your body, doorway or room, focusing on areas that feel heavy or unsettled.
4. As the scent fills the space, pause and reconnect with your intention. Allow the moment to feel grounding and steady.
5. Extinguish the Palo Santo and take one final breath, visualising your space feeling lighter, calmer and energetically refreshed.
