Simple cleansing and intention setting ritual:

1. Begin by taking a few slow breaths and imagine a soft white light surrounding you, creating a sense of calm protection around your energy.
2. Hold the rose quartz and set a gentle intention. What would you like to release, protect and invite into your space.
3. Light the white sage and allow the smoke to move around your space, doorway or body to clear heavy or stagnant energy.
4. Extinguish the sage, then light the Palo Santo to invite warmth, grounding and positive energy back into the space.
5. Keep the rose quartz nearby or hold it during a few slow breaths to anchor feelings of comfort, protection and emotional balance.
