The kit includes:

1 x Blue Sage (approx. 10 cm): For gentle cleansing and emotional reset. Ideal for meditation, refreshing your space and clearing stagnant energy.
1 x Eucalyptus (approx. 10 cm): For clarity and restoring a sense of freshness. Use when your environment feels busy or your thoughts feel overwhelming.
1 x Cedar (approx. 10 cm): For grounding and protection. Supports stability, strength, and creating a secure atmosphere.
1 x Mugwort (approx. 10 cm): For intuition, meditation, dreamwork or reflection. Often used during journaling rituals or moments of quiet self-connection.

How to use:

1. Open a window to allow energy and smoke to move freely
2. Envision a soft white light surrounding you, protecting your energy
3. Take a moment to settle and set a simple intention
4. Choose the herb bundle that best supports how you feel or what you need
5. Light the tip gently and allow the smoke to move around you or your space
6. Extinguish safely when finished and take a moment to notice how you feel
